Payment Protection Insurance

Our market-leader ASU policy provides

• 3 – months “free” Cover - This facilitates the sale of the product because there is “nothing to pay” for the first three months, which may be a period of heavy expenditure for someone moving house
• “Carer” cover - Cover is provided should the insured have time to take off work to care for their spouse, children or parents.
• Jobcare Service - Specialist consultants with a nation-wide database on job vacancies are there to help the insured find fresh employment
• Hospitalisation Benefit - A hospitalisation benefit is included

• This ASU contract provides “Back to Day One” cover at a very competitive price. It is designed to cover any regular monthly outgoings including mortgages, rent or loan but can be incepted at any time.
• Full Accident Sickness and Unemployment, Accident and Sickness Only and Unemployment Only
• Cover available up to maximum of £2500 per month (£1500 for Unemployment Only).
• Benefit available for regular monthly mortgage, loan or rent repayments.
• Up to 100% extra for other regular monthly commitments.
• Standard 30 day waiting period, benefit payable back to day one

• Full Accident Sickness and Unemployment, Accident and Sickness Only or Unemployment Only
• Cover available up to maximum of £2500 per month (£1500 for Unemployment Only)
• Optional 12 or 24 months benefit periods
• 60 day initial exclusion period for unemployment from start of policy
• 30 day waiting period, benefit payable back to day one
• “Carer”cover included under Full Accident Sickness and Unemployment Policies
• Jobcare Service cover included under Full Accident Sickness and Unemployment Policies and Unemployment Only Policies
• Hospitalisation benefit included under Full Accident Sickness and Unemployment Policies

• Cover for 65% of Income up to £2500 maximum
• Full Accident, Sickness and Unemployment or Accident and Sickness Only cover

This contract is the ULTIMATE Payment Protection contract which provides the same basic ASU cover as our ‘Beta’ contract but after 12 months adds Long Term Protection up to age 60 years or the term of the mortgage if less.
