Business Development Manager
A vacancy exists for an exceptional and highly driven, self-motivated sales professional to expand our proposition to finance brokers and intermediaries. You will make new business contacts and generate additional business. Your experience within a similar role will be invaluable as you explain our services to financial services professionals. If you are ready for the challenge and confident in your ability then this is the role for you. Loan Officers
Combining the skills of underwriter, sales person and administrator, the Loan Officer guides clients through the loan application process. As well as joining one of the UK's fastest-growing financial services teams, you will be able to use your sales abilities to maximise your income-generating potential. At its roots this is an account management position, and you will need to apply your relationship management skills, as you will usually be dealing with customer applications and regularly liaising with the introducing broker.
You will facilitate the application process from start to finish to ensure ultimate client and introducer satisfaction whilst maintaining excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.
This is a full-time position but a flexible attitude towards working hours is desirable.
Educated to A' Level standard or equivalent, you have both the analytical and people skills to be able to clearly explain processes and criteria to clients and introducers. At the same time, you enjoy selling and are motivated by meeting targets and achieving results. You thrive under pressure and have a track record of success in a similar performance-driven role.
